General terms & Pricing Policy


Details of your journey
In order to ensure the best service, we need to know:
 the number of the persons who will stay in the apartment
 if you have any pets accompanying you
 the arrival and departure time
 it would also be useful to communicate a mobile phone number where we could reach you before your arrival and during your stay in the apartment.


Our representative will greet you at the apartment. This person will:
 give you all the necessary explanations about how to live comfortably in the apartment.
 show you the area and will explain how to move in the area, according to your needs.
 give you the contract that you will sign for the days that you are going to stay at the house. You will be asked to fill your credit card details also, so as the representative to be able to collect the deposit that will be totally refunded on your departure after checking out the apartment and returning the key. The deposit is supposed to cover damages that may occur during your stay.

Is something wrong?
During your stay in the apartment/ villa, should you need further assistance regarding the way several appliances operate or you need to signal a problem, you can call us at any time at the phone number that we will provide to you. We commit ourselves to do our best to repair shortly whatever is wrong according to the conditions mentioned in the house description.

The apartments are insured against any risks that may engage our liability.


Generally speaking, you should leave the apartment before 11:00. Should you need to stay further in the day, we could permit you to do so until 15:00 without extra charge, if the planning of the apartment allows it.


A deposit of 30% of the total reservation is due at the time of the reservation by bank transfer in the following Greek bank account:

Rental Rate
Payment in full of the total booking shall be due not later than the Check- out Date.
The short term rental rate includes the following services:
 Water, Gas & Electricity.
 Cooling- Heating with A/C and with the stoves for the winter months.
 Woods for the stoves for the winter months.
 Household linens (2 sheets, 2 pillow covers, 1 duvet cover or blanket, 2 towels for each tenant. Please note: 15€ -VAT included- for any additional set of extra linens).
 Beach towels for each tenant.
 Laundry machine. (You use them by yourself with the detergents that are at the external storage house).
 Toilet paper for the first 3 days of your stay.
 TV/DVD/Media Player.
 Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for the first few days of your stay (salt, pepper, coffee, sugar…).
 Assistance by telephone (Assistance with any questions that may arise during your stay).
 Pre-arrival cleaning.
• Cleaning of the house every 3 days.
• Taxes related to the apartment/ villa.

The agreed prices are per night and per apartment. Please, if the number of the occupants change from the time that you will first make the reservation until your arrival, inform us early so as to avoid extra charges and misunderstanding.

Cost of following services is optional and is NOT INCLUDED:

 Butter on you bread!
To avoid going to the supermarket on your arrival, we can fill your refrigerator with a selection of local products for a continental breakfast with a Greek touch (fruit juice – jam – butter – milk or Kefir – coffee – tea – toast – “tsoureki” (Greek braided bread) – Greek traditional yogurt + honey – fresh fruits – eggs – Greek ham + feta cheese), for 18 € per person, VAT included.

 Cleaning service

First of all, we do not ensure the daily cleaning of the house. At the house and at its external storage house- next to the main building- there is everything you may need so as to clean it during your stay- if you want. In any case, if you desire more than the agreed cleaning service per week, just ask for it. It will cost you 7€/hour, VAT included. Do not hesitate to request this service during your stay even if you have not reserved it beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation:

 the deposit will be totally refunded, if cancel 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
 50% fee of the total amount of booking will be charged, if cancel 20- 60 days prior to the Check- In Date.
 75% fee of the total amount of booking will be charged, if cancel 0-19 days prior to the Check- In Date.
 100% fee of the total amount of booking will be charged, in case of “No- Show”.
